Tofu Mustard Dip

A tangy, plant-based dip for vegetables, crackers, or chips. Can also be used to dress potato salad!

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Island Spring Organic Silken Firm Tofu

2 Tbs strong flavored mustard (sweet or dill).

1-1/2 Tbs stone-ground mustard

1 Tbs lemon juice

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix mustards, lemon, garlic, and salt in food processor or blender.

  2. Cube tofu and add slowly. Process until smooth.

  3. Let stand for one hour for flavors to blend.
