Sweet and Spicy Tofu Rice Noodles
Whip up a batch of these sweet & spicy noodles featuring our Sriracha Strips for an effortless weeknight dinner!
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
1 Package Island Spring Sriracha Hot Strips
16 oz Rice noodles
1 T Ginger, grated
2 T Soy Sauce
2 T Honey
2 T Rice Vinegar
2 T Sesame Oil
2 T Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 T Scallions, chopped
2 T Basil, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Bake the Island Spring Sriracha Strips per the instructions on the bag, chop into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Cook the rice noodles according to the directions on the package and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the ginger, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Adjust the sauce’s seasoning to your liking. Add the Island Spring Sriracha Hot Strips and rice noodles to the bowl with the sauce.
Divide the noodles into four bowls and top with sesame seeds, scallions and basil. Enjoy!
