Sautéed Broccoli with Steamed Tofu

A quick and healthy sesame-soy stir fry made with steamed tofu. Great for a weeknight dinner!

INGREDIENTS

1 pound broccoli

1 package Island Spring Delicious Steamed Tofu

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

3 drops sesame oil (optional)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

garlic to taste

noodles or rice


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Sauté 1 pound broccoli in hot oil.

  2. Slice 1 package Island Spring Delicious Steamed Tofu into strips and add to broccoli.

  3. Add the sauce from the package with some soy sauce.

  4. Cover and Steam 3 minutes.

  5. Season with 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, 3 drops sesame oil (optional), 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and garlic to taste.

  6. Serve over noodles or rice.
